Case Handler - Lender Sales
We are currently recruiting for a Case Handler to join our Lender Sales team based in Bristol. Lender Sales deals with the sales of properties that have been taken into possession, by our Banking clients. This role is traditional conveyancing with a twist due to the nature of the work undertaken.

We have a flat hierarchy and you will be a highly valued member of the team and firm and we will ensure your hard work is recognised.
As a Case Handler your day to day remit includes:
- Checking new instructions opened correctly.
- Day to day post, phone calls and e-mails.
- Ensuring all client reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Providing a very high level of service to clients that is commensurate with the increased level of risk/complexity of the case.
The Ideal Candidate

- Experience as a Lender Sales Case Handler is beneficial, however, we will consider applications which can demonstrate an understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Run own case load.
- Ability to deal with complex cases.
- Work in a high volume environment.
