Case Handler - Lender Sales

Job Introduction

Due to expansion we are now recruiting for a number of Case Handlers to join our team in Bristol.

Using an IT system which guides you through the process, you will be acting on behalf of our Banking clients dealing with the sale and Conveyancing of repossessed properties. Work is delegated by our experienced Team Managers who are on hand to support you throughout the process.

We have a flat hierarchy and you will be a highly valued member of the team and firm and we will ensure your hard work is recognised.

Role Responsibility

As a Case Handler your day to day remit includes:

  • Managing files from start to finish by taking responsibility for running your own caseload using our IT system (Solcase) which walks you through the process.
  • Checking new instructions opened correctly.
  • Day to day post, phone calls and e-mails.
  • Ensuring all client reports are completed accurately and on time.

The Ideal Candidate

You might have gained this experience working in retail or the hospitality industry or you may be looking to make the move from another office based role.

Don't worry if you don’t have previous legal or office experience, we're looking for potential so as long as you have the following skills:

  • A good telephone manner,
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a proactive approach with a high attention to detail.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
