Case Handler - Mortgage Enforcement
We are currently recruiting for a Case Handler for the Mortgage Enforcement team in Bristol. You will act for mortgage lenders in taking steps to enforce their security by way of possession of the mortgaged property, at all times having regard to the commercial interests of the client. You will also carry out work delegated by the Team Manager efficiently and within relevant service standards.

As a Case Handler your day to day remit includes:
- Taking responsibility for running own caseload as driven by case management system (Solcase).
- Checking proceedings issued correctly.
- Setting up bailiff appointments and advising clients.
- Ensuring billing is accurate and action unbilled disbursements accordingly.
