We are recruiting for a General Commercial Associate or Senior Solicitor to join our Commercial team in Bristol, our services include information and communication call centre agreements with an emphasis on international work, strategic projects, distribution, agency, manufacturing and supply agreements, outsourcing (BPO, IPO, HRO, FM, logistics), e-commerce, franchising, facilities management, commercials JVs and collaborations, performance management and SLAs.
As well as providing project-based, strategic legal advice, the team also offers flexible support to in-house legal departments and contract management teams on 'business as usual' transactions. This often requires a high level review of key issues or a bespoke drafting service, including negotiation support on strategic arrangements with key business partners.

- Advising on call centre agreements,
- Strategic projects,
- Information Technology
The Ideal Candidate

- Ideally you will come from a City or large Regional law firm with well recognised expertise, a leading practice with a proven track record of supporting organisations with commercial transactions.
- A Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Good drafting skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn and advise clients on new areas of work
- Strong client handling skills
- Experience of advising on international and strategic clients.
- This role may be suitable for a candidate looking to work 30 hours per week.
