We're recruiting for an IT Trainer in our head office in Bristol. As an IT Trainer working in our Bristol office, you will be responsible for the delivery of training of all of our IT systems to all employees and new starters within the Firm. The IT Trainer working as part of a team in Bristol will be responsible for also writing and managing a number of eLearning modules both IT and non-IT related.

As a member of our Support team you will be a vital part of our continued success. There isn't an "us and them" mentality and you will be recognised for your hard work and support.
Once you are in the role of IT Trainer you will deliver the following:
- Classroom training to staff across all TLT sites.
- Help write all user manuals, eLearning modules and other supporting documentation.
- Work across multiple IT projects.
- Maintain records of all training needs.
- Support users with IT related issues.
The Ideal Candidate

- Previous IT trainer experience in a Windows environment.
- Experience within a Law firm is desirable but not essential.
- SOS Practice Manager and/or Connect experience is desirable but not essential.
- Interwoven or other document management system experience is desirable but not essential.
