About the Company
The TLT secondment service helps clients with all their resourcing needs; whether that's covering an unexpected absence, temporarily increasing resource to manage a project or bringing in a niche area of expertise for a short period.
Our service draws on our own in-house resource and a bench of experienced external contractors who are used to working with some of the UK's major institutions, high growth businesses and well-known brands. We believe our service differs from that of our competitors because it is driven by delivering the best support for clients as part of our wider client relationship.
We are not about high volumes or maximising margins. For contractors, this means good rates of pay, senior level TLT support, access to training and CPD and a real sense of being part of the wider TLT client service team from the off. Each placement and requirement is different, so whatever your situation, location or discipline, if you're a brilliant lawyer interested in helping some of our clients with their legal needs, get in touch
