Office Assistant (Plot Sales)

Job Introduction

We're recruiting for an Office Assistant for our Plot Sales team in Bristol.  As the Office Assistant you will be part of a large and experienced residential property sales team, that deals with both new build and completed developments on behalf of private developers and Registered Providers.  As an Office Assistant based in our Bristol office, you will be expected to provide general administrative support to the team and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills.

We have a flat hierarchy and you will be a highly valued member of the team and firm and we will ensure your hard work is recognised.

Role Responsibility

As an Office Assistant your day to day remit includes:

  • Opening new files;
  • Emailing, printing and saving on our document management system;
  • Taking external and internal telephone calls;
  • General photocopying and scanning;
  • Assisting with billing procedures;
