Office Assistant - Social Housing

Job Introduction

We're recruiting for an Office Assistant for our Social Housing team in Bristol.  This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialist Social Housing team, that deals with real estate acquisitions and development work as well as major regeneration projects. Your role in this team will see you take responsibility for the team's administrative requirements and to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and within required timescales.

We have a flat hierarchy and you will be a highly valued member of the team and firm and we will ensure your hard work is recognised.

Role Responsibility

As an Office Assistant your day to day remit includes:

  • Opening new files.
  • Filing at regular intervals.
  • General photocopying and scanning.
  • Assisting with billing procedures.
  • Helping with overflow typing on a daily basis as required.
  • Amending documentation as required.
