Personal Assistant

Role Responsibility

You will support our Chief Marketing Office, Head of Strategic Growth and BD & Marketing Director as well as providing general administration support to senior members of the Business Development team. Your role will include:

  • Assisting in managing diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments and events
  • Ensuring pro-active and co-ordinated diary management
  • Preparing papers and packs for meetings
  • Formatting documents and presentations in our brand and house style
  • Preparing and submitting company credit card and cash expenses
  • Supporting with travel bookings to include trains, flights and accommodation
  • Managing internal events (in-person and webinars)
  • Organising professional staff photography
  • Managing the on-boarding of new BD team members
  • Collating updates for our monthly team newsletter
  • Helping to plan and organise team social events
  • Occasional travel will be required to support key meetings and events

The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal candidate will have

  • Experience within previous PA roles
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel both internally and externally
  • Someone that can work autonomously and demonstrate excellent initiative
  • Organised with superb attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office software
  • Experienced in diary management
  • Presentable and professional
  • Confidentiality and sensitivity are key
  • Good humoured and positive outlook
