Property Litigation Associate
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our successful Property Litigation team as an Associate.
In return we will invest in you. We want you to be successful. You will manage your own caseloads ensuring your experience is varied and broad. Through our national service lines you will work with notable clients and become a sector specialist. You will receive bespoke training throughout your career ensuring you have the technical and commercial skills to build an effective and successful practice.
You will operate as an Associate within the Property Litigation team you will be expected to deliver the following:
- managing your own matters and deliver an excellent service for clients across our key sectors working on a broad range of commercial landlord and tenant disputes;
- work with the team nationally to achieve key goals for the team and the firm;
- Work with the partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients and to participate in business development initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate

- A property litigation solicitor / associate at least 3PQE + with experience from a similar practice.
- Good team player.
- Good communication and inter personal skills.
- High standards of client service essential.
- A desire to learn and an interest in developing a sound and deep knowledge of what TLT and our clients do.
