Recruitment Evening - Mortgage Enforcement and Lender Sales
We are holding a recruitment evening between 4pm and 7pm on Wednesday 20th February 2019 due to continued growth within our Mortgage Enforcement and Lender Sales teams in Bristol.
We currently have a number of vacancies within these departments including Office Assistants, Case Handlers, Customer Contact Agents and Management Information Analyst. The evening will be a chance for you to attend our Bristol offices where we will be holding interviews and short role based assessments.
Our Mortgage Enforcement and Lender Sales teams work with a number of high street banks, building societies, insures and more carrying out a range of both litigations and Conveyancing work on their behalf. Below are some further details on the opportunities we have on offer;
Office Assistant – Lender Sales and Mortgage Enforcement
You will be responsible for the day to day administrative requirements of the team including distributing post and action workflow requirements, opening new instruction on the case management system, general photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents as well as file closing.
Case Handler – Lender Sales and Mortgage Enforcement
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of matters with duties including checking proceedings issued correctly, setting up bailiff appointments and advising clients, ensuring billing is accurate and action unbilled disbursements accordingly.
Senior Case Handler – Lender Sales
You will be dealing with the sales of properties that have been taken into possession, by our Banking clients. This role is traditional Conveyancing with a twist due to the nature of the work undertaken.
Customer Contact Agent
You will be working with clients and their customers to help set up solutions on their accounts with an overall objective to improve the rehabilitation rates on accounts and preventing litigation.
Management Information Analyst
You will be undertaking a variety of internal and external reporting as well as project work and development of new reports.
