Recruitment Resourcer

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a new Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team.
 
The recruitment team works with the other HR functions to deliver a proactive and efficient HR service.  Reporting into the Senior Resourcing Manager and working directly with the Qualified Recruitment Manager and the Non-Qualified Recruitment Advisor, the post holder will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle within the specified levels/areas of the business.

Role Responsibility

  • Use a variety of reactive and proactive direct sourcing techniques and undertake daily searches to identify key talent for the firm. 
  • Find the best candidates across all UK offices by developing and delivering attraction and selection campaigns on behalf of the Firm
  • Liaise with an agency roster to ensure the best selection of suitably qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers, building strong but efficient relationships to ensure TLT is best represented in the employment market.
  • Sift and screen candidates to present longlist of relevant candidates to Recruitment Manager/ Recruitment Advisor to review 
  • Manage the candidate’s journey throughout their joiner experience, understanding their motivation and expectations when seeking to join TLT, and ensure their experience is positive
  • Work with others in Recruitment and HR teams to ensure new hires experience a smooth, seamless on-boarding experience while joining TLT.
  • Follow up with any in process candidates to obtain any outstanding screening docs
  • Support  the delivery of events and campaigns being run by others within the Recruitment team

  • Cross reference recruitment agency invoices against hires to verify prior to payment

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven track record recruiting across a wide range of vacancies within a delivery role across multiple sites and disciplines. 
  • Highly organised, with the ability to plan, manage and deliver the full recruitment life-cycle from taking a brief to on-boarding in line with the ambitions of the TLT employer brand and experience
  • Some experience of working in-house or in an agency would be advantageous in this role; you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of working effectively with a high volume of stakeholders, and have strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced at sourcing and approaching suitable candidates, and closing the offer with the candidate in a highly competitive market.
  • Be able to demonstrate high performance against KPIs in previous recruitment roles
  • Experienced in the use of an ATS to manage vacancies and candidates.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to plan, manage and organise multiple tasks and priorities daily

  • Strong administration skills and the ability to plan and deliver to tight timescales, with attention to detail essential.
  • Excellent Excel skills, particularly building and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will liaise daily with Hiring Managers, Candidates and suppliers.
  • Able to meet and manage multiple, challenging deadlines
  • A flexible/collaborative approach when required to help different members of the team at short notice.
