Solicitor - Banking

Job Introduction

Due to continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Banking Solicitor to join us in our Glasgow office focusing on real estate and general corporate finance.  This role is key to our  ambitious growth plans giving the successful candidate the opportunity to develop as part of our national Banking team. 

In return we will invest in you. We want you to be successful. You will manage your own caseloads ensuring your experience is varied and broad. Through our national service lines you will work with notable clients and become a sector specialist. You will receive bespoke training throughout your career ensuring you have the technical and commercial skills to build an effective and successful practice.

Role Responsibility

As a Solicitor in the Banking team you will be expected to deliver the following:

  • Managing your own matters focusing on Real Estate and Corporate Finance transactions with an opportunity to pick up energy and regulatory matters.
  • An excellent service to our clients by working closely with colleagues from across the UK in both the Banking team and other specialisms;
  • Building relationships with our clients to ensure they understand the full range of services offered by the firm. 

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • General corporate and real estate finance experience is essential.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills as well as a highly and analytical and logical approach to complex transactions.
  • A driven and flexible approach to working collaboratively.

Package Description
