Job Introduction

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our FutureLaw team as we expand our market leading approach to legal technology.

You will provide an accurate and timely administrative support service to the team and assist with managing responses to queries received from the firm and other stakeholders both internal and external.

Role Responsibility

  • Opening and closing files, filing, scanning and organising documents and correspondence, copying, archiving, keeping centralised spreadsheets and lists updated regularly and other general administration task.
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, sending invites and drafting agendas, taking minutes at meetings and recording action points.
  • Creating/amending documents/correspondence; proof reading, amending and house styling legal reports and non TLT documents.
  • Manage inbox queries and when necessary ensure they are passed on to the appropriate team member.
  • Ensuring invoices are processed, including arranging for third parties to be paid
  • Assisting with and/or taking on responsibility for ad hoc tasks and projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in an office environment. 
  • Experience working within a professional services firm would be an advantage.
  • Able to work both as an individual and as part of a team; demonstrate a proactive, 'can-do' attitude; capable of prioritising tasks and flexible in a busy environment.
  • High level of accuracy, sound organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Be client focussed and supportive; able to communicate effectively at all levels both in writing and by phone
  • IT literate including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
