Customer Outcome Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Outcome Assistant to join our team in Bristol. The Customer Outcome Team have overall responsibility for maintaining a Framework that oversees the work undertaken within our Mortgage Enforcement team. The team is responsible for challenging and auditing the internal operations, using robust criteria to assess the quality of work with an appropriate focus on customer outcomes.

As a Customer Outcome Assistant day to day remit includes:
- To support the Customer Outcome Officers with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by the Customer Outcome Manager
- Identify and allocate matters for auditing each month.
- Update internal systems, providing audit feedback to individuals accurately and within service standards.
